Security-Minded Checks
Doors, windows, access points, visible damage, exterior concerns, and unusual conditions reviewed from a security-minded, law-enforcement-informed perspective.
Leaks & Moisture
Visual observations for water intrusion, leaks, humidity concerns, staining, odors, or signs of developing damage.
Interior Conditions
General interior observations can include HVAC status, humidity, temperature, odors, power concerns, plumbing fixtures and visible signs of leaks, pests, mold, or water intrusion.
Photo-Based Reports
Each visit includes GPS-verified documentation and a photo report sent before leaving the property, giving owners a clear record of what was checked and anything requiring follow-up.

Our preferred visit frequency, with a lower per-visit rate for recurring weekly service.
Best for longer absences, storm season, higher-risk periods, or owners who want consistent weekly documentation.
Biweekly
Starting at $65 per visit
An every-other-week option for seasonal homeowners who prefer less frequent service while still receiving recurring oversight and documented property checks.
Premium / Custom
Quoted after consultation
Custom pricing may apply to larger or more complex properties, multiple structures, extensive exterior areas, special access requirements, or service needs beyond the standard Home Watch scope.
Weekly service receives a preferred per-visit rate compared with biweekly service. 12-month Home Watch agreements may include a complimentary CPTED-informed residential security walkthrough as a Home Watch client benefit. Visit records may support property and insurance documentation needs, but GCSS does not guarantee insurance approval, premium reductions, or any specific insurance outcome. Starting prices are guidance only and may change based on property size, complexity, access requirements, or requested service scope.
