Does Home Watch guarantee nothing will happen to my property?
No. Home Watch provides visual observations, documentation, and communication. It cannot guarantee against leaks, equipment failure, pests, weather events, crime, property damage, or other conditions.

GCSS documents the observed condition and contacts the owner or designated contact according to the agreed service plan. Depending on the situation, the next step may involve an authorized vendor, property manager, association representative, or emergency service.
