H. Duane LaFavers
Duane brings more than a decade of law enforcement experience from both major metropolitan and municipal policing environments. His background includes criminal investigations, community policing, field training, emergency preparedness, safety education, supervisory responsibilities, threat assessment, security-focused problem solving, and professional courtroom testimony.
He also brings prior small-business ownership and project coordination experience to GCSS, combining practical security experience with an understanding of professional documentation, client service, and project execution.
